In December you will be sent a Packaging Questionnaire and Calendly links to choose the dates for your Strategy Call and Design Day. The Packaging Pronto Process
Our Packaging Pronto process was developed to meet the fast timelines of small businesses, so you never miss a sale.
Our process is collaborative. When you feel proud of your packaging, you share it. When you share your packaging, it becomes recognizable. When people recognize your packaging, they trust your brand and buy.

To get started, we dig into your product line and the goals for the business. On this call we go over your packaging wishlist and needs.

We share package recommendations and print quotes from a preferred supplier. Once approved, HPC will get the dieline files for your Design Day.
*Packaging Development is only available with Print Concierge service.

This is the day we focus on your packaging design. You’ll review the designs in real-time and provide quick feedback via email or a quick mid day call.

We take the approved design and set it up to print exactly as envisioned. Final files will be delivered within five business days of your Design Day.

After your Design Day, you get 30 days of email support to answer questions or for any minor edits needed for printing.

I’m Kelley Kempel, the graphic designer behind Hidden Path Creative. I help product-based businesses create packaging designs that genuinely represent their brands to get their products seen and sold!
Spending 20 years designing packaging for retailer-owned brands, I learned a thing or two about standing out, telling a short story, and connecting with customers. And I want to share this knowledge with the people creating innovative products.

I’m answering a few of the most commonly asked questions here.

You will need branding (including a logo, color palette, and fonts) and a dieline before you schedule your Strategy Meeting. If you don’t have these yet, no problem! We offer branding and sourcing support — just add-on a Mini Brand or Print Concierge.

From Strategy Meeting to File Delivery, the process takes 2-3 weeks. Adding on Print Concierge can take 1-2 weeks to process.

If you don’t have a dieline adding on Print Concierge is a great option. We’ll take care of getting the dieline and connecting you with our recommended packaging printer.

If you don’t have branding, we can create it for you — please select Mini Brand at checkout.

Yes! This is an investment for your business, so I want to make this as easy and painless as possible. To help, we offer a 3 payment plan for Packaging Pronto and a 4 payment paln for Packaging Pronto with Print Concierge.

We know this is busiest time of year for you! To help you feel confident walking into the new year all strategy calls and Design Days will be scheduled between January 1 and March 30 of 2024.

You will get an email in December with a link to choose the dates for your Strategy Meeting and Design Day. You’ll also get a link to a Packaging Questionnaire to fill out before your Strategy Meeting.

Packaging Pronto is a done-for-you, VIP Design Day where I design or re-design your product packaging. On you scheduled Design Day I work only on your project.

Yes, you will need to be available for your Design Day. You don’t need to be at your computer all day, but you’ll want to make sure you have your phone nearby to respond quickly to any questions and to provide feedback on the design around mid-day.

There may be some additional costs. The price of the Packaging Pronto and Print Concierge services does not include packaging printing. Also, you may want to order a packaging sample before production (we recommend this!), which our preferred suppliers offer for a small fee.
