Our Brand Pronto process was developed to meet the fast timelines of small businesses so you never miss a sale.
Our process is collaborative. When you feel proud of your brand, you use it consistently. When you design consistent experiences for your brand, it becomes recognizable. When people recognize your brand, they trust your company.

To get started, we dig into your design inspiration and the goals for the business. On this call we go over your brand wishlist and needs.

This is the day we focus on your brand design. You’ll review the designs in real-time and provide quick feedback via email or a quick mid day call.

We take the approved design and set it up to with all the file types and formats you'll need. Final files will be delivered within five business days of your Design Day.

After your Design Day, you get 30 days of email support to answer questions.

You will need your brand name, customer or client profile, and a few examples of designs your like before you schedule your Strategy Meeting. If you don’t have these yet, no problem! You can book your Strategy Meeting and Design Day when you're ready.

From Strategy Meeting to File Delivery, the process takes 2-3 weeks. It's that fast!

Yes! This is an investment for your business, so I want to make this as easy and painless as possible. To help, we offer a 3 payment plan for Packaging Pronto and a 4 payment paln for Packaging Pronto with Print Concierge.

There may be some additional costs. The price of the Brand Pronto service does not include font licensing or any printing fees. We always try to source fonts for your brand typography with a budget in mind and we have sources that range from free to premium.

The best part is you get to pick the date of your Design Day. We reserve Wednesdays and Thursdays for Design Days and will send you a Calendly link to pick the date that works for your schedule. These dates usually book about 2 weeks out.

You will get a welcome email with all the details including a Welcome Guide, and links to choose the dates for your Strategy Meeting and Design Day. You’ll also get a link to a Brand Questionnaire to fill out before your Strategy Meeting.

Brand Pronto is a done-for-you, VIP Design Day where I design or re-design your brand identity. On you scheduled Design Day I work only on your project. The day starts at 9 am CT and within 2 and half hours you get an email with a first look for review. From there, Kelley keeps working through the deliverables list, while you share your thoughts and feeback.

Yes, you will need to be available for your Design Day. You don’t need to be at your computer all day, but you’ll want to make sure you have your phone nearby to respond quickly to any questions and to provide feedback on the design around mid-day.
