  • Print Vendor Recommendation & Dieline Support: I’ll help source dielines (if needed), request print quotes, and make sure specs are correct.

  • Print-Ready Files (Delivered in 5 Business Days) You’ll receive finalized, press-ready packaging files, accurate, organized, and ready to hand off to your printer.

  • 30 Days of Light Support: Have questions about production or file handoff? I’m available for quick clarifications during your post-design support window.

Our Packaging Pronto process was developed to meet the fast timelines of small businesses so you never miss a sale.

Strategy Call

To get started, we dig into your product line and the goals for the business. During this call we go over your packaging wishlist and needs.

Design Day

This is the day we focus on your design. You’ll review the designs in real time and provide quick feedback via email or a quick mid-day call.

Delivery

We take the approved design and set it up to print exactly as envisioned. Final files will be delivered within five business days of your Design Day.

After your files are delivered, you get 30 days of email support to answer questions or for any minor edits needed for printing.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re still deciding if Packaging Pronto is right for you, I’m answering a few of the most commonly asked questions here.

  • You will need branding (including a logo, color palette, and fonts) and a dieline before you schedule your Strategy Meeting. If you don’t have these yet, no problem! We offer branding and sourcing support — just add-on a Mini Brand or Print Concierge.

  • From Strategy Meeting to File Delivery, the process takes 2-3 weeks. Adding on Print Concierge can take 1-2 weeks to process.

  • If you don’t have a dieline adding on Print Concierge is a great option. We’ll take care of getting the dieline and connecting you with our recommended packaging printer.

  • If you don’t have branding, we can create it for you — please select Mini Brand at checkout.

  • Yes! This is an investment for your business, so I want to make this as easy and painless as possible. To help, we offer a 3 payment plan for Packaging Pronto and a 4 payment paln for Packaging Pronto with Print Concierge.

  • We know this is busiest time of year for you! To help you feel confident walking into the new year all strategy calls and Design Days will be scheduled between January 1 and March 30 of 2024.

  • You will get an email in December with a link to choose the dates for your Strategy Meeting and Design Day. You’ll also get a link to a Packaging Questionnaire to fill out before your Strategy Meeting.

  • Packaging Pronto is a done-for-you, VIP Design Day where I design or re-design your product packaging. On you scheduled Design Day I work only on your project.

  • Yes, you will need to be available for your Design Day. You don’t need to be at your computer all day, but you’ll want to make sure you have your phone nearby to respond quickly to any questions and to provide feedback on the design around mid-day.

  • There may be some additional costs. The price of the Packaging Pronto and Print Concierge services does not include packaging printing. Also, you may want to order a packaging sample before production (we recommend this!), which our preferred suppliers offer for a small fee.
