The Infographics Pronto Process

Our Infographics Pronto process was developed to meet the fast timelines of small businesses so you are never late to launch.

Our process is collaborative. When you feel proud of your product marketing, you launch it immediately. Getting to market fast with a powerful, unique selling proposition gives your product the edge over competitors. We work together to ensure your product images and A+ content tell a customer-focused story that will resonate with your audience.

  • You answer a few brief questions about your product and upload your brand design assets (logo, colors, fonts, and style guide) and product photos.

  • Kelley puts together a creative brief detailing the recommended infographics, copy, and images for your approval.

  • We take the approved brief and design all the enhanced main images and product infographics. If you ordered the Amazon Infographics Pronto, we get approval on the product images before designing the A+ Content banners.

  • We take the approved design, finalize the Canva files, and export ready-to-upload images. Both get delivered to you via Google Drive.

  • After delivery, you get 15 days of email support to answer questions.

Here’s the thing…we’d love to help every client that comes our way, but we’re a small team (that’s what makes the process an intimate design collaboration), and that means we only have a limited number of design intensive dates available each month.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re still deciding if Packaging Pronto is right for you, I’m answering a few of the most commonly asked questions here.

  • You will need branding (including a logo, color palette, and fonts) and some product photos. If you don’t have these yet, no problem! Get in touch and we can chat about options.

  • Infographics Pronto takes 5-7 business days to complete, and Amazon Infographics Pronto takes 10 business days to complete. Project kick-off on Tuesdays and when you book, we'll let you know your start date.

  • If you don’t have product photos, drop us a note. We have some recommendations on where you can get some great on-white and environment photos.

  • If you don’t have branding, we can create it for you — please inquire about a package Brand and Amazon Pronto.

  • Yes! This is an investment for your business, so I want to make this as easy and painless as possible. To help, we offer a 2-month payment plan on all Amazon Pronto projects. Need more time? Please fill out the contact form.

  • This is a beta service where we are booking four spots each August and September. The earlier you book, the earlier you get your choice of dates.

  • You will get an email with a link to choose the week for your Amazon Pronto. You’ll also get a link to a Product Questionnaire to share some details about your product and your brand assets.

  • Amazon Pronto is a done-for-you VIP Design Sprint where we design or re-design your Amazon product infographics. During your scheduled sprint dates, we turn around your project quickly with tasks happening every business day.

  • Yes, you will need to be available for via email for your Amazon Pronto. To keep the timeline, we ask that you provide feedback or approval within 24 hours of receiving your creative direction or images for review and approval. Additional rounds of revisions may extend the timeline.

  • There may be some additional costs. The price of the Amazon Pronto does not include brand design or product photography. That doesn't mean we'll send you bill of those items at the end of the project, just that you may need to invest in them before Amazon Pronto to get the best results.
