What can we do in a day?
Brand Identity
Simple brand package includes logo, color palette, and font suggestions
A brand style sheet in PDF format
All the files you need to begin using your new logo at the end of the day!
Sub-Brand & Package Design
For brands with an established look and feel
Sub-brand includes logo design and secondary color choice
Package design includes 1-2 simple formats like a mailer or label
Package Design
One new package design or variations of an existing package design
Package types include labels, tags, boxes, and mailers
Final print files to send to your printer at the end of the day!*
Grab Bag
For brands that need a few small additions
We can add business cards, stationery, note cards, stickers, shopping bags, social templates …
Basically, you have a list of design needs and we take them off of your plate for the day
*Packaging projects require a dieline, all content (text and photos) and a chosen print supplier to receive print files at the end of the day. If the final dieline and print supplier is not known by the day of the intensive, a half-day can be scheduled to revise the artwork to print-ready specifications.

The Process
Working Together
Pre-Intensive Strategy
After you book, you will receive both the Brand Workbook and the VIP Design Intensive Workbook to gather all of your project information, inspiration, and content. A few days before your Design Day, we’ll meet to go through both of your workbooks and come up with the priority list for your Design Day.
Your Design Day
The big adventure, Your Design Day! We're working only on your project today. Since we came up with a game plan ahead of time, we dive right into designing. We'll share options with you for feedback and keep you posted on the progress. It's important that you are available to review work and make quick decisions throughout the day. The day wraps up with your final files provided via Google Drive.
Post-Intensive Support
We know there will be some questions after we've handed off the files to you. Whether it's how to use a template or answering a question from the printer, we're here to help. For a month after Your Design Day supporting you with answers to your questions is included.
It’s important to note when you book a VIP Design Adventure, you’re booking Hidden Path Creative for the time, not a set of deliverables.
Kelley, the owner of Hidden Path Creative has almost 20 years in the design biz, and in that time she’s picked up a trick or two. She’s infused this knowledge into the VIP Design Adventure process to whip up quality designs in record time.
Results are dependent on you, the client, having the pre-work completed before the adventure starts, and your availability to provide feedback quickly during the day. If you're not sure if a VIP Design Adventure is right for you, let’s jump on a call to find the right fit for your project.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I need a brand identity and
packaging design?
We can book 2 days! We will either book 2 days in the same week or a week apart.
How is this different from other design projects?
Our custom packages include strategy and more time for you to consider your feedback and usually take about 2-3 months.
Do you offer Half-Day Adventures?
On a case-by-case basis. We want to make sure we meet the needs of your project and allow time for collaboration and feedback.
What if we don’t get through my whole list?
We do our best to get everything done as planned. When something gets in the way of that, you can add another Half-Day or Full-Day Adventure.
How many hours of design time are included?
We block out 7 hours on the day of collaborative design. Typically we start at 9 am CT and go until 4:30 pm with a quick break for lunch mixed in.
