The Ask
Plum Diamonds launched offering direct-to-consumer, impeccable fine jewelry featuring ethical lab-grown diamonds. Of course, that includes engagement rings. Plum’s founder, Kristy, wanted to create a “Find Your Diamond Kit” that replicated the jewelry store experience at home.
The Solution
Working together, we designed an unboxing experience that delivered CZ stones, bands, and a ring sizer directly to customer’s doorsteps. To make the experience seamless, we designed cards that walk the customer through each step of designing their dream ring. While sipping bubbly with her friends, the bride-to-be can fill out her dream ring card.
