Birdie Girl Golf
The Ask
Birdie Girl Golf was preparing for a major retail expansion after landing placement in select Dick’s Sporting Goods stores nationwide. As a fast-growing, women-owned golf accessories brand, they needed packaging that could hold its own in a high-traffic retail environment while still feeling fun, feminine, giftable, and true to the personality their customers already loved.
The challenge was creating a cohesive system across 25 SKUs, including golf cart seat covers, ball markers, hair ties, and accessories, while balancing retail clarity, scalability, and strong shelf presence. The packaging needed to feel polished enough for national retail without losing the approachable, playful spirit that made the brand stand out in the golf space.
The Solution
We partnered together to develop a scalable retail packaging system that brought consistency across multiple product categories while keeping the brand’s personality front and center.
For the accessory line, we designed clean, elevated packaging with strong product visibility and a giftable feel that worked both in-store and online. For the golf cart seat covers, we created an easy-to-shop belly band system that clearly communicated the product benefits, reversible functionality, and materials while showcasing the patterns in a visually engaging way.
The final system helped Birdie Girl Golf transition from a garage-based business into a nationally recognized retail brand with packaging designed to support growth at scale. By combining strategic hierarchy, cohesive branding, and retail-ready execution, the collection was built to stand out on shelf, simplify shopping decisions, and support future expansion across additional SKUs and retailers.
