The Ask

Prairie Soap Shack was undergoing a brand refresh and needed their skincare packaging to evolve with it. With products sold in boutiques and duty-free shops, the existing packaging no longer reflected the elevated, giftable experience customers expect in a retail environment.

The goal was to update the packaging for three core skincare products—the Face Serum, Toner, and Oil Cleanser—creating a cohesive system that felt premium, shelf-ready, and aligned with the new brand direction, while still being efficient to produce and easy to expand.

The Solution

Using Packaging Pronto, we designed a refined packaging system that elevated Prairie Soap Shack’s skincare line without overcomplicating production. Custom boxes were introduced for each product, adding structure, protection, and instant perceived value—ideal for boutique and duty-free retail settings.

Foil detailing brought a subtle sense of luxury and polish, helping the products stand out on shelf while reinforcing the brand’s natural-meets-elevated positioning. The final packaging strikes a thoughtful balance: premium and giftable, yet approachable and scalable as the skincare line grows.

The result is a cohesive, retail-ready skincare packaging system that supports Prairie Soap Shack’s rebrand and positions their products confidently in competitive retail environments.
